Armand heads up the condominium law department of the full service law firm of Shibley Righton LLP, and represents numerous condominium corporations of all types across Ontario.
Armand resides in Toronto, is a Past-President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto), where he also serves on its Board of Directors and is Chair of the joint ACMO and CCI (Toronto) Legislative Committee, which has prepared and submitted an extensive legislative brief to the Ontario government with recommendations for changes to the Condominium Act, 1998 (the "Act").
Audrey Loeb, LSM, B.A., LL.B., LL.M has a focused practice in conveyancing and condominium law. She provides advice to buyers and sellers on conveyancing matters, to developers on condominium development, and to condominium corporations on issues of corporate governance and operations.
She has received several professional awards including the Law Society Medal for her significant contributions to the profession and to the community, the Ontario Bar Association’s Real Property Section Award of Excellence, and the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Gold Key award.
Megan Mackey is an experienced litigation lawyer in condominium and commercial matters. She has been involved in a number of precedent-setting condominium cases and is a leader in condominium litigation matters.
Megan provides strategic advice and assistance to clients involved with condominium and commercial disputes. She has advised condominium corporations, unit owners, and developers regarding condominium matters. Megan also acts for insurers, corporate clients, and individuals in both condominium and commercial lawsuits.
Warren Kleiner is a real estate lawyer with a focus on Condominium Law. Warren primarily represents condominium corporations.
He assists condominium boards and management companies on all matters relating to condominium governance. He reviews and advises on the Condominium Act, declarations, by-laws and rules and all agreements that are entered into by condominiums. Additionally, Warren is committed to keeping his clients up to date with the evolving state of Condominium Law.
John’s multi-faceted practice includes condominium law, commercial litigation, and employment law.
As a member of Shibley Righton LLP's condominium law group, John acts for condominium corporations throughout south and southwestern Ontario on all aspects of condominium law including compliance and governance issues, general litigation including oppression applications, employment and human rights disputes, construction deficiency issues, arbitration of shared facilities disputes, and commercial matters such as contract review and drafting and general governance issues.
Patrick Greco is a partner with a litigation practice specializing in condominium law. Patrick writes and speaks frequently on condominium and construction issues.
Patrick has appeared on numerous matters before the Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal, and has assisted in the preparation of submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before the License Appeal Tribunal, Ontario Municipal Board, Child and Family Services Review Board, and other administrative boards.
Dalia is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Law Group. Prior to joining Shibley Righton LLP, Dalia practiced condominium law for over a decade at a boutique condominium law firm in the GTA. During this time, Dalia practiced in all areas of condominium law including corporate governance and litigation.
Victor joined the condominium industry in 2008, and spent more than 10 years at a boutique condominium law firm in Toronto where he advised condominium clients on governance and enforcement matters, and litigated at all levels of court in Ontario.
Patrick Nelson is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works exclusively with the Condominium Law Group. He articled with the firm and was called to the bar in 2020.
Patrick attended the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude and on the Dean’s Honour List. While at law school, Patrick was a Dean’s Research and Writing Fellow, where he completed a substantial research project on aeronautical regulations and was a teaching assistant for the first-year Principles of Legal Research course.
Deborah is a partner at Shibley Righton LLP in Toronto and is a senior member of the Condo Law Group.
Fluent in French, Ms. Howden practises in the areas of employment and labour law and civil litigation, as well as condominium, education, public law, and human rights. She handles matters for various institutional clients, including condominium corporations, and has appeared before administrative tribunals and all levels of court in Ontario.
Joel Berkovitz is a partner in Shibley Righton’s Condominium Law group. He articled with the firm and was called to the Bar in 2014.
Joel’s condominium law practice includes all aspects of condominium law, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts for condominium corporations, advising Boards, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Joel is also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Association of Condo Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
Evan is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Group. Born and raised in Etobicoke, Evan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and law degree at Lakehead University. Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Evan practiced at a boutique condominium and land development law firm in the Region of Waterloo.
Inderpreet Sandhu is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works exclusively with the condo law group at Shibley Righton. She articled with the firm from 2017-2018 and was called to the Bar in 2018.
Inderpreet attended law school at Queen's University. While at Queen's University, Inderpreet worked with the Queen's Prison Law Clinic and the Queen's Family Law Clinic. In her spare time, Inderpreet enjoys travelling, cooking and watching movies. In addition to English, Inderpreet is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Jessica Hoffman is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Law group with a focus in litigation. Jessica articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
