RECENT COURT DECISION
We are pleased to announce that one of our condominium corporation clients successfully enforced a rule to prohibit smoking inside of a residential unit. The condominium corporation had passed rule in 2018 prohibiting smoking inside of residential units and on the common elements. The condominium successfully applied to the Superior Court to enforce the rule. The reasons for decision can be found here.
